The Phoenix WT450 water service truck is designed to service all sizes of commercial aircraft. A manlift option is required to service widebody aircraft. The water tank is fabricated from 304 stainless steel and is baffled in both directions. A hinged cleanout cover is provided on the tank for easy access for rinsing of the tank. The pumping system uses an electrically actuated clutch to provide power for the hydraulic system that powers a bronze, direct drive pump. Mechanical switches at the service end of the vehicle actuate the system. The tank module is all stainless steel. |
